IN SEARCH OF 91-92 FIREBIRD GTA SPOILER.

I am currently in search of a 1991-1992 wrap around spoiler. Any color is welcome. I just cannot bring myself to buy one for $520 anywhere. Any help is appreciated.

Re: IN SEARCH OF 91-92 FIREBIRD GTA SPOILER.

I've had an eye out for a good used example for a little over a year now. Seems the factory pieces like to get brittle with age, because 90% of 91-92 Firebirds seem to be missing the spoilers. When they do pop up, people are terrified to ship, or their asking price is close to retail for a repro.

I'll probably just end up painting both of my birds the same color, and just use the same spoiler on both cars. Not like I can drive both at the same time, so it'll just be one more thing to do after removing the cover, unplugging the battery maintainer, screwing on the antenna, bolting on a spoiler...

There is/was a used one in the Carolina's listed on Ebay in the last couple weeks, if that helps.

Re: IN SEARCH OF 91-92 FIREBIRD GTA SPOILER.

I had a NOS one. I was selling less than $400.
I ended up selling it locally & guy is going to replace his original one. I'll ask if he is wanting to sell his used one. It has some slight separation due to being two piece but still in good shape.

90% of those OEM spoilers have that crack

Seems like a common factory defect
