The offsets on the wheels are different and are non directional just put the rears on the rear fronts on front.

So there is no special reason for the small minus mark after the one REAR?....Looks like REAR-,the other is just REAR....

Anyone ever had this trouble?
Says I can't inspect B4 90 days of needed.....Car hasn't been inspected since 2016....They would not give me a tag without inspection....But says Im too soon for inspect?...There are no liens,etc. on title either....
DMV I guess,has a mess....
