Hmm... Looks familiar. 
Not fer-sale, it's in the 'someday' parts pile for Project X... Bottom one could be had for a price. LOL
Can't remember what I gave for the top one. I remember it wasn't cheap, and I had to watch Ebay for awhile to find the right one. Cassette player and all worked the last time I had it in a car, and had cassettes on hand. I've never even powered up the bottom one, but it's been in a box since the late 90's.
