My hatch hinge guide pins and bushings are wasted and I don't wanna pay Hawks $160 for a new set. So I'm having my buddy who owns a machine shop make me new bushings and pins.

My ? To all of you is.... do you guys have any interest in a new set of pins and bushings for your hatch hinges? We thought about making them and selling them on here.

Yes... was thinking under $100. It's just some brass bushings and a stainless pin.

Yup I'll have pics and price as soon as their done. Which should be next week some time . Price should be relatively cheap cause it's 2 pins and 4 brass bushings so shipping should be under $10 no matter where u are in the u.s. let ya know when their done. I would also note that if we decide to make them I'll bet it would be a limited run. Unless for some reason we have a big demand.

How's $50.00 for a complete set. That's 2 steal pins and 4 brass bushings. I have 4 complete sets available and 1 pin 2 bushings for only 1 side. I totally suggest doing both side but I have 1 extra. Shipping will be at your cost and should be less then $8.00 lower 48. These have a nice fit made from quality brass and hardened steal. I haven't put mine together yet cause I just got them today but I will post more pics when I'm done. There is a pic of the old one for comparison.
