Chances are that the plastic shells are available separately, if you have the patience to dig for the part numbers. They're usually a lot cheaper when they're not assembled into a pigtail.
The other option would be to find any GM car from the time period with the same digital EGR and just clip off the pigtail.

What does it look like, and I will check my stash. Hubby put a lot of stuff away without labeling, and while I have learned a lot, Im not familiar with this one.

Knew I had a harness in the garage, just wasn't sure where it was or the condition. I tripped over it today and the egr plug was on top... Pics below. Send me a private message and we can work out the details.
