ebl p4 prop gains/idle

I've been straightening out all kinds of problems, from oil leaks, vacuum leaks and exhaust leaks. Finally dialed in with new O2 sensors and working on the tune again. If I just run open loop at idle it looks good, wideband AFR pretty steady stioch. But close loop idle it drifts lean with a slight surge. I've been working over the prop tables back and forth and can't seem to get it any better. If anyone can take a look at this datalog and bin to see if anything jumps out at you that I'm completely missing I'd greatly appreciate it. I had to zip the dat file so I could upload it. Thank you!

Something isn't working right with the datalog. It doesn't show anything in WUD during playback or analysis. I don't have a p4 XDF so can't look at the bin either (not sure how much overlap there is with Flash xdf). Would also be helpful to know cam specs.

Here's the XDF-I had to zip it also to be able to upload it. I'm not sure why the dat file won't run. Cam is 218/224 at .050 on 113 LSA. Not too much cam as I have to pass smog and if you pull in and it's got a lope to it they auto fail you. If I didn't have to deal with smog I would just run it open loop idle and be done with it.

Which prop gain values are you adjusting? What values have you tried?

Re: ebl p4 prop gains/idle

Without the datalog working I can't say for sure but it looks like your prp changes are way extreme from where I have my Flash port mod setup with a larger XFI 280 roller cam. My Gain multiplier for idle (airflow) is at 25.1 and my duration for idle (o2 error) is a t 800 mSec. Then my Gain vs o2 error starts at 7 until 174 mV then progressively goes up to 18 from there. I need to reduce mine some the next time I do some tuning but it isn't bad at all. I mainly feel it at steady highway cruise where it almost has a pulse feel to it in torque output. Idle is pretty good though.

prp-gain multiplier for idle (airflow)
prp-duration for idle (O2 error)
prp-gain vs O2 error
I've progressively lowered these with improvements and now have them maxed out low.

I started at higher values and got improvements as I lowered them.
