I live in Kingsport TN and for all of you who don't know, I no longer have my 91 gta, due to it blowing up and me not having the money to fix it, however with my upcoming yearly bonus at work and my income tax return, I am probably going to be able to buy another thirdgen. Anyways anyone who reads this and has or is going to have a thirdgen(preferably a 90-92) for sale in the coming months please let me know I am willing to travel within probably 200 miles in any direction to pick me one up, no one here in Kingsport as far as I know has any for sale, I would be grateful to anyone that could help me:hail: , anyways thanks for any help you guys may provide me with!!!

How much are you talking? I live in Birmingham, Alabama and there is a nice red w/ black stripes 1992 25th anniversary Camaro for sale down the street. It;s a 5sp and seems to be in decent shape all around. Interior looks really good. Let me know if this sounds like something you might be looking for and I'll call the guy on the price for you.

there are at least one or two 3rd gens. at every car dealership down here in south east GA. most have great prices on them. i got my 87 formula for 1200.
there is going to be an auction of this classic car place in march. i believe its the 20th. they have great cars. like 3 or 4 camaros and a couple of birds (including some other classics).

I went back to look at that car for you, but it was already gone. Guy told me he got $3200 out of it. Hey, $2000 can go a long way if yuo be patient and play your cards right. More likely than not though you're better off buying from an individual when looking at cars like this. I paid $2200 for my IROC. Guy paid $2000 at auction and didn;t know it was an IROC because there were'nt any decals on it. he thought the previous owner put the emblems and the IROC wheels on for looks. AFter a quick look at the VIN, I knew what it was. I got a good deal.
