Junkyard blues...
Having nothing to do today, I hit a couple o junkyards- Pick your part in Anaheim and Ecology in SF Springs. NOTHING. I mean NOTHING! Ok so there were the usual camaros, only 2-3 per yard, but ecology only had 1 firebird and the few that there were over at PYP were pretty well picked. Am I seeing a trend here?
And are there any other yards besides the big ones (ecology, pick your part, pick and pull, pick your nose, etc. ) that might have some nice unpicked TAs lying around???

I went to the PYPs over there last weekend and I did see a few TAs, but not as much as earlier in the year. Seems they've been dwindling. Maybe tomorrow I'll try sun valley.

If you really want to see a few third gens then head over to the pick a part in Irwindale or its in Monrovia, off the 605 freeway. I always hit that yard first and usally come out with what i need. Its off of peck rd between lower azusa and live oak. For example i found some after market 91-92 hood louvers with for 10 bucks! check it out. Later -Art

Hello George,
When I said anytime I meant any PM time.
I'm way down here in Mission Viejo so a 7am run just wasn't happening. Right now I'm just looking for interior parts- window/ door lock switches, hatch roller cover, and tan trim pieces. Lemme know if you score some. Oh and I'll be sure to come to the next (midday or later) junkyard run.

San Diego has a few places, Chula Vista has 2 Ecology's and a pick-a-part within 3 miles of each other. The one pick-a-part is definitely one of the best for F-bodies I have seen. Also San Bernadino has a couple of places within 15 miles of each other.
