ok im not having much help at the cooling section of the board my fans dont work so the car over heats and may cause another problem but one thing at a time i used a test light KOEO and checked the black/red wire on both fans no light on the test light i took both fan relays on passenger side and jumped them with power and they both clicked i also checked the terminals where the relays go and there is power on both..if i run the car the primary fan will turn on for a couple of seconds and then just turn off and they will not turn on causing overheating...i also tried to hook up bypass on both fans on black/red wires so both fans come on and the wire was getting to hot probably dum thing to do

How hot was the engine when you tried the Black/red wire? the relay would need to be in the fan on position for that wire to be hot.

Does the orange wire have power?

I assume the fuse is good if they are coming on at all.
