My problem is that when I absolutely slam on the brakes, the rear will lock, and not the fronts. Why is that? Shouldn't the fronts lock up first? I have a new master cylinder on (just did that today), have the lines perfectly bled, rotors are all turned, and new pads on all fours. Why such a brake problem? Is there a way to adjust the combination valve, or is that set in stone.

BTW, my car came with a line lock installed on it (from previous owner) and it looks like the diameter line is a little smaller than the stock size line...(the line lock is installed between the Master Cylinder and the combination valve using smaller diameter brake line than what the rear brake line is) Would that be a problem?

you need to fart with your proportioning valve so that your brakes lock up at the same time

I would definatly take that line lock off. If this is a daily driver even with occational drag race use, you hardly ever use that lock an it can be inhibiting pressure to the fronts.

Line locks are only necessary for all out drag cars in serious money competition.
