Is there anything special I have to do to make them fit. Or just put the rears on the back and the fronts on the front. Thanks.

the rims are pretty much exactly the same. The only difference is the weight, looks, etc. Other then that they will bolt right on.

They are a direct bolt-on. No modifications needed. See...
