Get this, when I run in local autoX races on the weekend, the cover on by reservoir pops off. Any Ideas? I would like to get this fixed before the season starts back up. the only time it does it is when I really push the car like in the race.

Sounds like you've got some hot fluid in there! Did you try a new cap? The plastic tabs "bend out" by themselves over time. Also, what about using plastic zip-ties to keep the thing together?
