I am setting my car up for drag racing and I want to get a tubular K-member because it saves a lot of weight. My question is what do about front shocks and springs once i put this in. would the coilovers that are available with it a bad choice? any comments suggestions on what i should do to setup the front suspesion to transfer weight good is appreciated. thanks

go with both the k-member and coil overs. I believe you can lose something like 100 lbs switching to that setup. Any extra weight taken off the nose will promote weight transfer. Plus, It gives more room with the k-member and a lot of adjustment with the coil overs. Eventually I will do the swap on my car, but its kind of pricey.
