I was wondering how much horsepower i have compared to my friend so i know if i can beat him. I have a 91 Firebird 305 TBI LO3 and here is my mods: K&N Filtercharger, K&N X-Treme Flow Top Plate, Edelbrock TES headers, Gutted Cat, Flowmaster 80 series muffler, Hyperthech Thermomaster Chip, 160 thermostat, and an automatic transmission.My friend has a 87 Camaro 305 LG4 and here is his mods:Edelbrock Open element air cleaner, Accel Super Stock Ignition wires, Flowtech headers, no cat, no muffler,no emissions, and a manual 5 speed transmission. What are our HP ratings now. And who would win in a race?

That's such a close call that nobody on this board could tell you who whould win. The TBI has it's advantages like being 15 more hp from factory. BUT...the lg4 only made crappy hp because of the exhaust system. If he changed that and put on a open element I'm guessing his numbers are very close to yours. He also isn't running any emissions (the jerk, this just pisses me off) which might save him a little more hp. Then he also has a t-5 which is less % of hp loss. I'd say you two are perfectly matched up. I think it'll come down to the fact of who has the heaviest car. Also what are the rear gears? By the way, this is getting moved over to the racing board.
