Can you bypass all the computer bs for the fuel pump and run it off of a switch from the drivers seat? Any problems that I have overlooked? Your help please.

Bad things would probably happen in an accident. A cut fuel line plus a fuel pump that doesn't shut off automatically equals trouble.

Just run a turkey baster from the cab with a line attached to it and squirt the fuel as needed. Don't need no stinkin' computer!!!
