Have a 150 NOS shot on my car..is it dangerous to use it during a 100 degree day or should I only use it during the night? SEems pretty damn hot..though the car only runs at 180.

Nitrous and fuel jetting is completely dependant on both pressures. Too much nitrous pressure and you'll run lean (don't want that) -- too little and you'll run rich (don't want that either). You want nitrous bottle pressures to be 900 to 950 psig. So if you're running around in 100 degree weather with no A/C, you'll definitely need to cool the bottle down. You will see bottle pressures as high as 1500 psig. Nitrous should NEVER be injected at that high a pressure.
I've found that an ice soaked towel does wonders. The problem is sustaining optimal pressure, as the towel will quickly lose its ability to cool the bottle. That's why nitrous is very difficult to manage on the street.
