i am installing an MSD box and got the optional harness to make it easier to install. well there are two plugs on the new harness for the two factory coil plugs but only one more on the harness to plug into the coil...leaving one plug on the coil open!! this just didnt sit right with me...
anyone?

Yes, that is correct. The other plug on the coil is for the tach, and that is handled by the MSD box now.
I installed mine the same way.
