I'm from Effingham Illinois, and i was wanting to have the 416's im porting checked on a flowbench. Does anyone know a local speed shop or individual with a flowbench that wouldn't mind doing so?
Might want to try asking your local speed shop for recommendations.
As far as i can know there aren't many/any true speed shops in this area. Just a couple of local machine shops that will do some performance work.

There's a circle track somewhere around there, can't recall exactly where, in fact it seems like there's several.
Go hang out in the pits on Big Money Night, and talk to the guys THAT WIN, and see where they get their machine work done. Or go super high-tech and just read the machine shop stickers on the side of the cars. They'll either have a flow bench, or they'll know EXACTLY who does and who to trust.

ha, those circle track guys aren't so much into that. Most buy dart heads and go. I used to work in the parts business and met with several and talked to them, and after awhile you start to doubt how some of the cars even run.
I'll try up at the drag track one night though.
