I'm looking at putting Trick Flow Super 23 heads on my car. They have 1.25" springs, 56cc comb. chamber, 175cc/67cc int/exh runner, 1.94"/1.50" int/exh valve and a max valve lift of 480 degrees. I'm also planning on going with the hooker headers that come with the Y pipe, and a 3" exhaust (No Cat).

My goal is to keep the car as drivable as possible while upgrading the power.

Basically I would like to know from your experience if this would be a good set up? Would you suggest any cam work with these heads? Should I change the rockers? if so what do you recommend? Also what would you guys do differently and why??? Any help would be really appreciated!!!!

Is this going on your 350?

I'd upgrade the cam for sure. You have a factory roller cam don't you?
I'd look at an xr264hr or thereabouts. The rockers should be fine, but I might look at upgrading the springs, and using taller locks so you can get by with a smidge more lift.

Yes this is going on my 350. I appreciate the advice. Anyone else with they're experience on this matter, maybe they're own set ups and what you would have done differently???
