I'm lookin at these 305 HO heads online forsale, I have 91 305 tbi engine. I beleve th HO heads don't have the swirled port right? And will I need to do any thing else as far as tuneing???
Specs are 305HO 87-91 ,1.85-1.5, 58cc, 7 bolt ex.

Aside from the center two bolt holes for the intake being at a different angle, and requiring different valve covers and rockers, its a direct swap.
On a stock TBI engine though, its kind of pointless unless there is a problem with your current heads (cracked, etc). I say this because the TBI heads are not the restriction on that engine.... its the exhaust and camshaft. You won't see any gain at all by just swapping the heads on an otherwise stock engine.
