On Saturday night "or should I say Sunday morning " me and a group of friends were hanging out around 3:00a.m.

One of my friends decided to call me out and race me in my other friends 94 Trans Am, I was reluctant to do it at first, but when he called me the big P word, it was on. We each had a passenger in our cars and it was perfectly even. We both stoped at a light and calmly waited for the inevidable, I honestly figured I wasn't going to hang for very long but I had to give it my all.

When the light turned green I had a pretty bad take off and boged down while he was peeling out, we both took off pretty even and it stayed that way until about 90mph, we were DEAD even the entier time, I never got an inch in front of him and he never got an inch in front of me.... It was like we were still waiting at the light.

I know if I would have had a better take off I would have had him.

But all in all it was a great race, and I can now run with stock LT1's

Thanks guys, I just saw him yesterday and he said he never in his wildest dreams could picture a 305 TPI hanging with a 350 LT1 until now. My only reply was, "well, you know how I love to pick on the bigger engines "
