It might a worthwhile project. These cars are becoming pretty scarse now-a-days. If I had the money, I would call about it for myself. So if any one is interested, I would call them soon. I might call the guy and see if I can get more info.

Please don't take offence to this Kev, but I can't stand the look of those. I can appreciate the rarity of the car, and heck, an f-body is an f-body, but I'm just not a fan. Now if you wanna talk Turbo T/A...now that's an anniversary project I would like to take on! 
I know that it won't be everybodies favourite car, but I posted it only because there might be someone that does. Now if an '89 TTA was to be had, I wouldn't even hesitate,I would be on that car like white on RICE!

I thought the 1984 15th Anniversary TA's looked exactly the same as the 85-90 TA's and GTA's. The normal 82-84 TA's were the ones with the 'unique' styling. I've never been much of a fan of the 82-84 TA's myself either, but recently I've seen one around town that has been restored, and one on this site, and they both look pretty good.

No problem,Brad. There is nothing better than saving an F-body from a future in the wrecking yard. I hope it works out for you. You will have to post the results of your conversation with him.
Speaking of saving F-bodies, I was told recently that my old '82 Firebird that I sold to a friend, has had the body and paint done. They said it looks real nice. They did it in base/clear. They now plan on putting it into storage for the next feqw years to work on the engine and interior. I know they are going about it back asswards by doing the body first, but it's their car now
. I am just happy that they are restoring it. They want to bring it back to showroom condition and then give it to their youngest son if he passes highschool and goes to college or university. They call it incentive, I guess.
