A Dremel (at least the standard, garden-variety) will take you forever to do any useful porting. They are generally smaller, lower power, and won't handle the loads necessary for serious material removal. If you have a heavy-duty model, it should have a ¼" collet, so you can use any standard arbor mounted wheels and burrs made for die grinders.
Any good hardware store or industrial abrasives supplier should be able to hook you up with whatever you might need.

husky air powered die grinder- 20 bucks at home depot, standard abrasives porting kit from summit- 50 smacks, i did 2 tpi intakes and a set of slp runners and still have stuff left over in the porting kit. this is the way to go....p.s. don't bother with the carbide bits, they are very expensive for good ones and the grinding drums aren't that much slower. save your money-mike
