i have a 1990 iroc z 5.7 l98 only mods is bbk adj fpr aftermarket coil a custom burned chip hiflow cat and flowmaster exhaust
i changed the fuel pump last year and it ran fine now when the weather turned hot its hard starting and i only have 39 psi running and it drops lower when u rev it up it hesitates and bogs sometime along the highway it idles fine but i know it should have more pressure when i put new pump in it was set at 49 psi any help is appreciated

ps is fuel pumps common to keep going bad?
