Ok, when im driving at about 40 MPH and decelerating (coasting), in 4th gear (Overdrive), my RPMS will be at about 1400, and then all of a sudden they will drop to 1000 and u will feel the car slow down, just like a manual tranny, throttle is closed though. is my torque convertor supposed to be locked during that situation? or when should it be locked in 4th? the tranny was just rebuilt about 5000 miles ago, but we think they might of screwed it up/
