i have a bw super t10. its stock but i needed to remove the rear housing to replaced the seal and i noticed the reverse idler gear thrust washer was missing a piece out of it. I cant seem to find just the washer for it other than in a rebuild kit for richmond t10. I should be able to use richmond parts right? Or does anyone know where i can get just the washer?

Probably not an issue, unless you're planning on doing burnouts in reverse. I wouldn't bother.
Yes the Richmond one would work fine, as long as it's about the same thickness and the same ID & OD.
Sorry, I gave away / threw away / sold all my T-10 stuff about 20 years ago; I'm sure I got rid of several at that time.
