can the engine sustain a long time of nos.
what i mean is, can it take it bottle after bottle. I heard that this engine is almost indesructable

Yes, everything will be okay.. Start with 50HP, then try not to exceed 75HP until you build it a little better then 90HP will be no problem. You can easily live a long happy life 100K with NOS, just use your head.
What kind of system do i need to buy?
Is there a specfic brand that i should look out for, or i should just go w/ NOS. How much is it?

The main contributor is fuel... if your fuel pressure drops, you can burn (melt) a piston; you might want to install a fuel pressure gauge- if the pressure drops, shut the car down.
I like the NOS systems (in theory, never used a nitrous system personally) because they're "dry"- they only inject nitrous for fuel injected motors. They use the fuel injectors to add more fuel.
Some systems, like Nitrous Express (NX), inject both fuel and nitrous. Our intakes are just designed to flow air- fuel can puddle in the intake manifold; and if the motor backfires, it blows the whole top of the motor off.
