Hera ya go.

Would you be able to measure the size of the wheel caps? I don't have any caps with my rims but was thinking about making my own lug "covers" but having the dimensions would be great.
Btw, what size tires you guys running on these rims? I was going to use 275/40/17 in the front and 315/35/17 in the rear

I am so glad you didn't do the red stripe. Are those the 255's on the front? Did you get the Dana in yet?Originally Posted by Justin89Formy

Disagree. The red stripe separates the white and gray. I like how it looks with the red stripe. Back to topic, here are some.Originally Posted by watajob

I have countless Firehawk photos but those have been posted a million times and are easy to find.

That last pic of the black Firebird is or was for sale on Craigslist here in Ohio.Twin turbocharged small block.Wish i had what he was asking,he had to have a ton of money in that setup and he had it listed pretty cheap in my opinion.

Bringing this ttt to mention I just received an email from Classic Industries(most of you probably did too). It's having a March Madness Sale: 20% off of orders placed by March 15th.
I suspect the availability of the Ronals is still "pending," so I don't know if they're orderable. And they'd probably be considered a "special order," which means they wouldn't qualify for the discount. *reading Classic's fine print, I'm surprised anything ever qualifies for discounts*
I know a lot of people on this site tend to "wish," rather than buy, but if you're really in the market for these, 20% off is almost like buying 3 and getting 1 free, so it might be worth a shot.
Classic's 20% off discount code is MAD13.

Wanted to show pictures of my 86 TA with Ronal R15 but had troubles with the pictures, cant delete

Man, to me, the Ronals look more natural on firebirds than even the stock mesh wheels. (Yes, I'm aware the ronals are stock on the firehawks).

Here is mine: 86 Trans Am
I didn't realize until after the pictures I left the center caps off! I have started breaking down the car to sell as a roller and guess I got ahead of myself.
More on my cardomain site if you want to see others.

Here is a shot of my Formy.

Ronal no longer makes these wheels. Knock offs are available from Classic Industries.
I have the knock offs on my 1985 and I needed the spacers.

Thanks. Stock, but it does look like a polished finish.Originally Posted by ZTYP

I used classic industries' spacers on the front. I did not think I would need them but I did. Iirc they are 3/8". I had the factory spacers on the rear and left them in place.
Edit: just saw a post by Ray from CI that said the spacers are 1/4"

That's why I got mine. Loved the look on the Firehawk. That and they didn't make 17" Berlinetta/LT wheels. lol
I think this post just sold me on getting a set. was thinking black but I love the polished look.

until I realize they wont work with my wheel studs cause of the center caps.Originally Posted by ziggy89

Here is my contribution.

Question because I am considering the Classic Industries version of the R15. Are they JWL standard wheels or something from china to be avoided? I don't want to run a non-standardized wheel since I expect the car to be pushed hard regularly and I've seen the failures of cheaply cast wheels
