Camaro and Firebird Picture by Sling Meister

Found this on only one side Do I need to have one of these rubber gaskets on both. Both my tubes look to be 3/4. One had a fitting stuck in it that was deteriorating so I pulled it out that I assume was for the 5/8th. What is that called and where can I pick a new one up
