Some of the bulbs in the dash were burnt out. Replaced with new LEDs. One of the only changes made by the first owner was a 86 and up 145 speedo. I swapped it out for a period correct 140 "Z28". the 145 was jumping and the 140 is too. Gonna have to dig into it.
