Casting numbers
I am buying a block to start my build up on now. The guy I am getting the block from has 4 blocks to chose form. One of the blocks sounds kind of odd because it has a dipstick on both sides????? casting number for that one is 100660030. I am wondering if anyone can help me out with what this is. Also could anyone tell me what block numbers 14010207 and 14101148 come from? Thanks guys

Could you have possibly made a typo???
There's this block which is close to one you gave....
14011148...350...87-89.......Roller cam, one-piece rear seal
But as far as this one (100660030) it's either totally wrong, or it's not a Chevy block.

Well the block you told me does not exist does. I did some searching and finally found out what it was. It's a GM Goodwrench crate engine block. I searched the other numbers out and they came back as 350 4 bolt mains from 1980 monte carlo's????
