Here's my 1992 Chevy RS
She's got a 3.1 Litre in her and a 600 watt stereo, all stock when I bought it now it is custom with flomasters and such. Plan for a new chip and possible intake by k and n.

I did seriously consider doing that. I even found all the parts to do the conversion but it was cheaper to buy a different car. I will stick with my 305 slug motor in the convertible. It already drives like a slinky.

I'll bet with a set of Spohn's SFC's that your vert will be more solid than your RS was. Even if you plan to keep the 305 (You don't, do you?) you'd be well served by some SFCs.

The convertible has sub-frame connectors (in addition to the cheesy factory ones) and a STB. It helped a lot but it is nowhere close to being as tight as the RS.
Yes I am going to keep a 305 in the convertible unless I decide not to keep my 98 Formula. I have a new roller block sitting on a stand in the garage but I am not sure what I am going to do with it.
