Are these injector resistance numbers ok?
I checked the resistance on all 6 injector. I got 12.6,12.6, and 11.0 on one side, and 12.8, 8.7, and 9.3 on the other side. Does this mean some of these injectors are bad? Can I have them cleaned at Cruzin performance, will that help. They are the stock injectors and I am having problems with losing power when I give it gas sometimes. I have already changed about everytning else. Are the 15lb Accel ones any good. MY motor is a 3.1 by the way, 1990

All the times I checked injectors they where all right around 16 ohms and cleaning them won't help them in that way.
I think there bad.
I have never seen ones that check out like that.
I would not use them.

Yeah, thats what I was afraid of. I checked on old stock one I took off my 5.7L and it was exactly 16.0 ohm. That guy Vader in another thread said that these are Multec injectors and are subject to this kind of thing. I was thinking of buying an Accel set of 15 lb/hr one for about $175 on Jegs. Some people don't like Accel but I bought a set of 25# ones for my 5.7 about a year ago and have not had problems. The trouble is the OEM ones are lik $70 EACH.
