Pics of polished Formula wheels and care

Do you all remember i used to ghave a set of horrible wheels ??
I updated it for a set of 87 base rims and 215/60/15 tires
Well i have this deal...a friend of mine said to me he would change his wheels froms his 88 Formula if i give him my wheels plus 70 bucks and 2 drum brakes that i dont use
I think its a good deal cause im in Chile and there is the only way i can get that wheels 16x8 with 245/50/r16 on it
The problem is that they are not in good shpe cause the coat has peeled away ..so i thought i could polish them and make look kie new but after the aluminum is bare ..what care should i practice for the wheels not corrode ?
Its a good deal ?
Here is a shot of my car now
Thanks

No you cant have any pix! just ing. What you shoudl do is Use some paint stripper and a high pressure hose. Stripp the Rims down to get all the clear coat off. Then polish them down. Well keep in mind paint stripper eats paint, Skin and leaves brown marks on tires. Some of it is tuff enough to eat a hole throgh the tire! But good luck finding that stuff. EPA outlawed it. Well I just stripped mine. Havent polished them yet though I want to .
