TPI=TQ LTI=HP Need some answers

I have been doing some searches and I have read that the stock tpi system is great for tq(I noticed this the first time I ever drove my car) but it was designed for a 305ci engine. So the way to get more HP people buy SLP runners and the base and a new plenum, etc. I have also read that if an LT1 intake is put onto a 3rd gen it will improve the performance alot. And finally my question:
Lets say I get a new plenum, runners, and base. How much hp and tq will it help? I am guessing that it will help the hp more than the tq. Now If I get an LT1 intake about how much hp and tq will it help. Will I actually lose tq because I am losing the runners?
Any answers would be appreciated,

Brian

I didn't loose ANY torque below 2,500 rpm (it's actually stronger) and it's down right silly above 4,000 rpm when I swapped to a Miniram on my basically stock L98. The cam is still stock but I did swap some mildly ported Aluminum L98 heads.

Part of the reason that I may not have lost any low end torque is due to tuning my own eproms. But it's definitely feels like the engine GM should have built for these cars.

Now, I only have to decide which cam to install (now that all the other restrictions have been removed).

I wish that I had either swapped to the Miniram sooner, or waited for John Millican's LT1 Intake (Miniram clone). But even with the stock cam, I much prefer my engine over the stock intake setup. And being able to remove the intake to get inside the engine in 30-60 minutes is just bonus. No TPI can do that.
