Stay away from SAlesco carpet

I was first told to check out like A1 or AA carpet (forgot the name), but they had told me they no longer made carpet for the 3rd generation fbodies that were precut.

So I was directed to Salesco afterwards. I talked to the lady about the car and what I needed. She said they would send me 2 separate carpet layers (one for front/rear, and then for the hatch area, just like it is from the factory). I asked her if it was pre molded, precut, have those foot pads, etc. She said yes, just like from the factory. The only thing needing cutting was for the seat bolts and inner seatbelt holes. So I said cool, 330 bucks shipped.

So the thing gets here (a week late I might add - they shipped it out the day I inquired about the order status). I lay it in there, and it has about a foot extra in width on both sides of the car. It extends about 2 feet past the rear passenger back rest. It is not molded whatsoever. In fact, lay it on the ground, and it is a totally flat piece of carpet (like in your house or something). Only piece that is cut is the center console (which wasnt even cut correctly). I called them and asked them why they did not include the hatch area carpet also. They said it was included with the front section. I told them even if it was, it only covered about 1/3 of the whole hatch. Then the customer support guy goes "Hold on" AND SLAMS THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK. I try to call back but the phone just continues to ring. So I gave up (this was yesterday).

If anyone has a BBB number or anything I can do about it, it would surely help. 330 bucks for a flat piece of carpet I could have gotten from home depot isnt what I expected.

After about 30 mins on hold, and then 3 hours later for a call-back (their computer system went down) they decided to ship me new carpet. The one they sent was for a 4th generation camaro. Apparently completely different setups.

They sent a UPS dude to get the wrong carpet and sent me the correct one about a week ago. Carpet already installed.
