short qustions

if i where to use the #083 heads with a 305.... would i run into any probs with the vales hitting the pistons or cyl walls?

how much
compression would that be on a 305 with flat top pistons and the 64cc's?

whats the head flow on the 083s?

Let's start from the bottom:

083's flow about the same as 081's with 1.94/1.50 valves.

Depending upon head gasket thickness/volume, deck height, etc., they would drop you below 9:1. At best. Most likely closer to 8.5:1.

No, the valves wouldn't hit the cylinder walls. See first answer.

Now, a question for you: Why?
