WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUY!! He ripped me off!!! He quoted me a price for an item and then almost doubled it AFTER I sent him money when he saw shipping to me was expensive. I offered for him to keep $10 for his trouble and give me a refund and he refused. I attempted several times to convince him but he now just ignores me. I have documentation consisting of PM’s and email’s and will gladly post it if anyone needs proof.

I'm honestly happy for you. I'm sure he's done good business in the past and probably will in the future. That doesn't change the fact he took money from me, changed the terms to charge me twice what he initially quoted and then refused to send the money back. Here's the evidence:

no, just the intake. do you need everything. i have the rail, injsctors, regulator (stock) misc fittings and most hardware. i'd sell it all for $125 shipped!! + paypal fee of 4%

What method are you using? USPS freight should be not too bad.
usps, ups and fedex are all within $2-$3 difference


So I emailed him and asked for a refund. I was nice enough to offer he keep $10 but he wound up ripping me off anyway.

No need for the language. Well if that's "like it is", you need to review your version of the facts. YOU gave me a quote which I promptly paid. In fact, I sent you more that $60 + the 3% you asked for. You then doubled the price on me and you expect me to just sent you MORE money. I told you MINUTES after you asked for more money that it was a no go. If you didn't bother to read your messages and miraculously turned down some buyer in that time frame, it's still your fault for misquoting your price.
