Reprogramed tpi maf memcal

This is for gtaman , The memcal started life as a ABUN= 1987 LB9 5.0L GAS 8 CYL MFI TPI With MD8 AUTO 4 SPD THM 700 R4. It was reprogramed to ARAP 1989 corvette L98 5.7L GAS 8 CYL MFI TPI With MD8 AUTO 4 SPD THM 700 R4 ( no 9th injector).
Vats delete, Egr delete code 32 removed, air pump disabled, cooling fans on at 200f and off at 185. $80 shipped Name: photo-41.jpg

I saw the PM that was sent but am interested if no sell. I do have some ?'s that in case though...
I've got an '89 non-g92 iroc that's going to get a roller 350. Is this chip just plug and play?
Will I need to short the starter or some kind of wiring for the VATS delete?
