I wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had with 1A Auto. I had ordered a set of the door card top rails. My original pieces had the inner door sweeps completely worn out. The first box arrived crushed, even though it said "Fragile" all over it. One of the top rails was damaged upon inspection. I made a call to 1A Auto, and they sent another order right away at no additional cost. The replacement order arrived in record time, and it was packaged so well that I don't think a gorilla could have damaged it. When I called in the damage to their reception center, I was greeted by a friendly voice that handled the transaction professionally. This is the way that good relationships are made. I will continue to do business with 1A Auto just because they treat the customer the right way.
