I have a 92 Camaro RS that I rescued from a field. After putting some time into it to get it on the road I realized that im not a car person(I've always had a truck). I really like the car but its just not for me. I think it deserves a good make over and I just don't have the funds to do it. Im not really sure what its worth in cash so maybe you guys could pitch in on that. Im looking for a 4x4 truck(preferred extended cab) or an suv with a removable top(like an old blazer).
Its running better each time I put gas in it but it gets hot after 30 minutes or so of in town driving. I drive it 35 miles on the highway a couple times a week and it doesn't break the 1/4 mark on the temp gauge... the gauges... the temp, battery, and oil pressure gauge work... the gas, tac, and speedometer do not so mileage is unknown. I think it needs a new heater core. It has a few spots in the paint that are bubbled(I think rust bubbles??), a few dings and scratches, cracked dash and coffee stains.
I love driving this car but hate bottoming out in town. Im used to sitting up off the ground and im afraid im going to end up destroying this beautiful part of the Camaro history.
