95 z28 for parts LT1, 4l60e trans
Hey guys,
I recently picked up a 95 z28 thinking I'd use the motor, trans, and rear end for my 1985 Iroc Z restoration/upgrade. I've decided to wait it our for a newer one with an LS1 engine to come along (maybe never??!!)
At any rate, the car has 222k miles but runs like a beast. The only history I have is that some youngster was doing burn outs in a parking lot and flipped it on its lid and left it. The police had it towed to impound and it was released to the local towing company who sold it to me. Not much in the way of interior to be used (it's all there, but has taken on some weathering, but the motor and tranny are strong (LT1, 4l60e), Good wheels and tires, and a few body panels are useable. PM if interested. I'd like to get around $1500.. let me know if I'm way out of line, trying to recoup the cost! SW Indiana
