Car: 1991 Chevy Camaro Z28
Engine: 5.7lt TPI L98
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: Drum Brakes, Not Sure Gears
Stock Tune Stalls

So i soldered in the socket to the memcal on my 7730 AUJP ecm and put the stock tune on the prom from my 1991 Chevy Camaro tpi auto car and even though it ran fine before now i cant get any of the stock tunes to do anything but start the car it fires right up but if i hit the gas it chokes and almost dies back fired once. Im at a loss...

Its not my solder job either just eliminated that i stuck the factory EPROM in the socket and the car runs fine so why wont the Flash Proms work??? I'm usuing Moates APU1 kit and Tuner Pro RT

At key-on, engine-off, does the SES/CEL do a brief turn-on, blink-off, then turn on solid? If not then not running from the PROM. In limp mode. Can rerun the test after a minimum of 10 seconds of key-off.

Most likely cause is that you flashed the chip without using offsets.

Seeing as i dont know what you mean by offsets that is more than likely the problem... I dont have a CEL in the car at the moment but am working on that next just installed a 3 wire o2 because of my headers... What do you mean by offsets?

Just wired in a quick CEL and they light turns on when the key comes on and then stays lit when you start it unlike the factory eprom where the light stays on then you start it and it turns off... What do you mean about the offsets
