I think the lack of injector pulse in my swap is due to no vats. I'm using a 7727 ecm and harness from a 91 corvette, pared down to the bare necessities.
In the bin, I have flags for vats. How do I ensure vats is not cutting the injector pulse? I'm thinking that the boxes need to be checked to turn it off, and check any box with a vats tag.
Is this correct?

To see if it is VATs blink out or read the malfunction codes. If 46 comes up that is a VATs error.
To disable VATs in the BIN need to un-check the flag for it. It is bit 4 in option word 1:

"Switch 16 (VATS TCC-R 4th-NO VATS OLP) - Bit 4 - VATS"
