WTT 47K mile 1989 Trans Am with many suspension/brake upgrades
This is a very fun car, but after nearly 2 years, I really regret selling my '69 Camaro. So, testing the waters to see if there is any possibility of trading for a driving or near driving '69 Camaro project that isn't completely rusted out. Prefer an unmolested car, but will consider any option.
I bought this car with 43,000 miles on it and have made numerous upgrades over the past 18 months. If you're into originality, I retained all usable factory parts. The only non-reversible modification is the weld-in SFCs. This car is truly a paint job away from an extremely nice car. The PO stated that the paint started peeling after a car wash in the late 90s. This car has been stored indoor it's entire life.
Just put on 2,850 miles over 8 days on the Power Tour long haul with absolutely no issues and averaged 19-20 mpg with the a/c blowing cold. This car handled exceptionally well on the autocross in Madison WI and hooked up great on the drag strips at St. Louis and Memphis.
