Re: 1984 Z28 H.O. window sticker

That was a sharp color combo...

Moderately optioned car; no power mirrors or antenna, base interior, no posi, no disc brakes (not that those last 2 things would have withstood the test of time though) What gear did it come with? Did it get the aluminum drums?

Not following this statement. Can you elaborate? My car still has the original posi and disc brakes. Mine actually still has the 29 year old brake pads!

Must be because either (a) the rears aren't working, as they're well and widely known not to; and/or (b) you don't drive it much.

Thanks for posting the sticker. I'm guessing you no longer own the car? Any old photos?

Does anyone know if the MPG of an '84 L69 T-5 was also 18? I still have not come across a T-5 sticker.

No idea what the "ratings" were; never paid it much mind, as they were even more meaningless and useless back then than they are today; but I can tell you about FACTS, which is, my 83 (84 is virtually identical) ACTUALLY got around 14 - 16 around town and 21 - 22 highway in bone-stock trim. Got 24 once on a long hwy trip but that was unusual.

The 5-Speed Was 16 The Auto Was 18,You Would Think It Would Be The Other Way Around And The 5-Speed Would Get The Better MPG. Both Have The L69 Engine.
