Reviews on QA1 kits
Anybody have any experience with the kits from QA1?
Going on its 32nd year my suspension is far from on its best.
I'm looking to get something firmer just for regular street use. Won't hurt with a bit of a lower stance either, of course.
Chevy High Performance had an article about a year and a half ago I think it was, with a set up from QA1, and Super Chevy had this almost 3 years ago:
http://www.superchevy.com/how-to/cha...-coilover-kit/
Been considering getting the Level 1 kit, just to make it easy, but then again it's not really necessary to make it that easy...
Would really like some input and recommendations.
Have been doing some searches on here, but it's pretty split up, was kind of expecting to find a sticky or at least a collected thread. I might just suck at searching....
Not really being very informed on all of this I really would love any suggestions.
And I always try to explain myself to the extreme, sorry

I have the rear coil over set up.
and have to say its the best one out..i have had 2 others rear coil over set ups. and this one has the better parts/brackets.
pick up the shock bumpstops.. and the bearings that go under the springs.
assembly will take about 1hr. (putting them together) not the install.
after assembly
I would say to spared the top brackets open just a bit..it tells you to.. as the bushings are a pain to get installed.
I say this as if you have to swap springs. you will have to remove the bracket like doing a shock replacement.

Here's some 3rd gen rear coil-over components we have and manufacture.

We also carry AFCO, which isn't on our site yet. We are currently testing some non adj. coil-overs valved specific for 3rd gen street cars.
