1990 TPI Problem

Hey guys new to the site. I have a 1985 s15 with a tpi 350 ecm 01227730. While being restored with the box off the gas tank got filled with water which rusted out the injectors. The injectors were replaced along with the fuel pump it never ran properly again. Runs but runs rough timing and fuel pressure is good. Recently removed gas tank again and dumped old gas and added new, ran kike a champ. Fired it up next day and back to loudly suck air thru throttle body, back firing thru throttle body and running like crap, no top end and eventually stalling out. Any ideas? new prom? new computer? sensors? Thanks in advance for any advice look forward to hearing what you may have to say. Thanks Jay

Re: 1990 TPI Problem

Jay, Welcome to 3G. I am assuming you changed the fuel filter during your troubleshooting? It is hard to get all the rust out of an old gas tank and may have filled the filter or the "sock" in the fuel pump pickup. Have you checked for any codes stored? If you need help with this, let me know and I will find the paper clip procedure. How long is the hose going to the MAP sensor?
