What size and brand injectors to use

Ok, here's what I've got:
355 cu. in.
Hooker Shortys
52 MM bbk throttle body
slp runners
lt4 hot cam
1.6 roller rockers
sd vortec intake
edelbrock e tec 170 Heads
5 speed t5
3.73 posi
no cat.
I would like to know what would be the best injectors and what size.
where would be a good place to get the prom re tuned? also, how much power should I look for out of this setup? thanks

From what I've seen on this site I think 27lb injectors from southbay would be a good fit for your combo .. you should give them a call and see what they think ..

27-30#/hr would work. Stock injector body is an EV1 style. So any EV1 injector that meets your fueling needs would work.

You should probably consider upgrading your fuel pump if its original. Its probably wont' happily feed a bigger engine.

Re: What size and brand injectors to use

Sounds like a great setup! Kind of similar to mine.

I'm running a 355TPI
Edelbrock aluminum heads
Comp 08-304-8 cam
Fully ported intake
Mid length headers. Magnaflow exhaust
Holley afpr
T5
3.23 limited slip

I'm currently running Bosch III 22 lb injectors at 50psi with a custom tune.

I might be a little under fueled, but I am really happy with my setup.. Lots of power, tons of torque! Not sure how much power you'll make, but from what I've read you should be well over 350hp.
As far as the tune, I have dealt with tpichips.com (Harris performance) Brian has been really helpful!

I personally don't think you would really need to go any bigger than 24lb injectors, I think a lot of people over fuel their setups, but that's just my two cents.

Good luck with your build!!
