stumbling/ misfire under throttle

Car: 85 iroc z, 03 ram 1500
Engine: 305 tpi, 287
Transmission: WC T5, NV3500
Axle/Gears: 3.42, 3.55s
stumbling/ misfire under throttle
Hi all. I have an 85 irocz with a 305 tpi 5spd. The car has a 91 electronic system. I recently installed hooker 2460 header and matching y pipe. Now under throttle it stumbles like. Almost like the plug wire fell off. But idling it's fine. I'm wondering if the computer is trying to compensate for the better flow and screwing up the firing? I do have an ebl-p4

turns out my afr was really high. i did a fuel pressure test and got 13psi. well i changed the fuel filter an viola 34psi.
